1. Introduction
Welcome to The Escape Rooms (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing and using our website (https://escaperooms.co.za/) and booking our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website.

2. Booking and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Payments are processed securely via PayFast. We do not store payment details.

  • Booking confirmations will be sent via email upon successful payment.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booked session may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.

  • No-shows will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

4. Participant Responsibilities

  • Participants must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time.

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced game time or forfeiture of the session without a refund.

  • The experience is designed for teams; disruptive behavior may result in removal without a refund.

5. Age and Accessibility

  • Certain escape rooms may have age restrictions, which will be specified during booking.

  • Participants under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • If you have accessibility requirements, please contact us before booking to ensure a suitable experience.

6. Liability and Safety

  • Participants engage in escape room experiences at their own risk.

  • We are not responsible for injuries, lost items, or damage caused by participant negligence.

  • Staff reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals for safety reasons.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, and puzzles are the intellectual property of the respective Venues.

  • Participants may not copy, distribute, or share any game materials or solutions.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
